Ajay Rajan brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning banking, fintech, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Protean eGov Technologies, he held senior leadership positions at YES Bank, where he served as Country Head – Transaction Banking, Government, Multinational & New Economy Business, IBU & Knowledge Units.
During his tenure, he led several key digital and DPI-linked initiatives that contributed to the bank’s transformation agenda.
Before his stint at YES Bank, Ajay Rajan spent over two decades at Deutsche Bank, where he held multiple leadership positions, including serving as Global Head of Fintech.
His experience across banking, technology, and innovation has made him a recognized leader in the financial services ecosystem.
In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Ajay Rajan has been actively associated with strategic industry and regulatory committees.
He has also participated in national and international forums, sharing insights on banking, fintech, innovation, digital transformation, and the future of technology-driven ecosystems.
